Research Links

You can access the Media Catalog and the Online Research Library through your student portal. Here is a guide that gives you step-by-step instructions on how to sign in to your student portal.

Online Research Library: These are research databases that GCPS provides to you....for free!! No passwords are needed as long as you access them at school or through your eClass Portal.

Directions at school: Go to the desktop of any school computer and click on the icon that says "Online Research Library".

Directors through your eClass Portal: Sign into your portal and click on the button that says "Online Research Library".

Bibliography or Works Cited: Remember to cite all research or images that you use in your papers and projects. EasyBib is a great tool for citing your work. Click on the link below to use EasyBib. Note: You must have an email address in order to sign up and use this tool.

Media Catalog (Destiny Quest): This is where you can search for books at our school or place holds on books that are currently checked out and you'd like to check out in the future. Note: In order to place a hold on a book, you must be signed in on Destiy Quest. Your username and password are the same as what you use to sign in to eClass.

Directions at school: Go to the desktop of any school computer and click on the icon that says "Media Catalog".

Directions at home through your eClass Portal: Sign into your portal and click on the button that says "Media Catalog".
